Thuridilla flavomaculata is characterized by a bluish green colour, scattered with white and yellow spots. At the parapodial edge is a diffuse cream line. The rhinophores are opaque white with black tips - white lines or spots superimposed on the black can give the impression of black lines in some specimens.
