Oxynoe sp. 01 has a fragile bubble-shaped shell which is partially enclosed by parapodial flaps. It is characterized by its large papillae and by the brown reticulate pattern upon tan parts of body, rhinophores, and parapodia. It is pale greenish yellow, with large bright blue spots. It is reported to feed on Caulerpa filicoides and Caulerpa fastigiata algae.

For some genera, such as Trinchesia is the alphabet almost through. I had to change the distinguishing alphabetic character into a number. I have chosen 2-digit numbers, even if '01' looks a little bit stupid, and now is only the genus italic written.
