Polybranchia orientalis (Kelaart, 1858)

Polybranchia orientalis has large lattened leaf-like 'cerata' which are easily cast-off if the animal is disturbed. It is a relatively common member of the Caliphyllidae in the Philippines, but because of its camouflage seldom seen. The same specimen on my hand and in situ.
