cf. is an abbreviation from a Latin word (confer) and means 'refer to' or 'compare with', here it means it could possibly be Elysia ornata or perhaps something closely related, or at least similar in appearance.
Elysia cf. ornata can be distinguished by very fleshy parapodia whereas Elysia ornata has very thin parapodias. The parapodias form 3 siphons, the black parapodial margin and a submarginal yellow or orange band are interrupted between the siphons.
