Nembrotha sp. 09 is chracterized by its black/dark blue background colour, by a red band at the mantle margin, by red rhinophores and gills, and by a white patch between the rhinophores.
The above 2 - 3 mm specimen is most likely a juvenile, possibly of the very variable Nembrotha livingstonei Allan, 1933. There is a picture of the same species from Japan as Nembrotha sp. 6 online.
