Chromodoris tinctoria (Rueppell & Leuckart, 1828) [Doris]

Chromodoris tinctoria can be distinguished by the red reticulate pattern which covers most of the mantle. Some colour variants are labelled in uw-guides "Chromodoris reticulata", but there are no differences in internal anatomy, so the earliest name for this species is Chromodoris tinctoria.
