Ceratosoma tenue has 5 lobes: There is an anterior lobe on either side of the head, a large lobe on each side by the gills, and one large lobe behind the gills. Pretty similar are:
Ceratosoma trilobatum which has 3 lobes, and
Ceratosoma gracillimum which has 3 lobes and no mantle edge between the head and the lateral lobes.
