"cf." is an abbreviation from a Latin word (confer) and means 'refer to' or 'compare with', here it means it could possibly be Flabellina rubrolineata or perhaps something closely related, or at least similar in appearance.
Flabellina cf. rubrolineata has reddish-violet longitudinal lines on its body, one down the centre of its back and one down each side of the body just below the cerata. The simple rhinophores are translucent pink at the base merging into translucent violet, with a translucent whitish apex. The oral tentacles are of the same colour. The cerata are whitish-pink with a reddish-violet subapical ring.
It differs from Flabellina rubrolineata by the smooth rhinophores which are papillate in Flabellina rubrolineata.
Pretty similar is:
Flabellina sp. 04 which has a broad opaque white band at the rhinophores.
