This is an unidentified or undescribed species of the genus Doto. I call it Doto sp. 09, to distinguish it from
other undescribed species of Doto.
Doto sp. 09 is characterized by its pale translucent tan body which is covered with whitish spicules, and by its transparent cerata which are densely
covered with minute opaque white spots. The ceratal cores are pale tan. The sheaths of the rhinophores and the rhinophores are transparent, frosted with
opaque white.
It looks similar to Doto sp. 15 in IPN at page 348:
Gosliner, Terrence M., David W. Behrens & Ángel Valdés. 2008. Indo-Pacific Nudibranchs and Sea Slugs.
Sea Challengers Natural History Books.
Gig Harbor, Washington. 426pp.
Let me quote the description: "This elongate species is uniformly light brownish with a series of opaque white conical tubercles present
along the margins of the notum. The cerata bear numerous acutely pointed conical tubercles. The elongate rhinophores are contained within narrow sheaths."
