Anteaeolidiella foulisi (Angas, 1864) [Eolis]

Anteaeolidiella foulisi is usually characterized by a row of white patches down the dorsal midline, which vary in size,
some specimens lack them. The background colour ranges from a dull uniform orange-brown to a pale translucent white.
Its closely spaced translucent rhinophores and the oral tentacles are diffuse white-tipped.
The laterally directed cerata are translucent greyish-pink, relatively short and fat, and have a white or pale apex, some specimens have subapical a diffuse orange and
white patches.
Anteaeolidiella foulisi is found throughout the tropical Indo-West Pacific. There are records from South Africa, northern New Zealand, the Red Sea,
the Caribbean Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea under various names, the most common synonyms are
Anteaeolidiella indica (Bergh, 1888) or Aeolidiella indica Bergh, 1888, and Aeolidiella takanosimensis Baba, 1930.
