cf. is an abbreviation from a Latin word (confer) and means 'refer to' or 'compare with', here it means it could possibly be Nembrotha guttata or perhaps something closely related, or at least similar in appearance.
Nembrotha cf. guttata is black or red with scattered orange/red pustules. Nembrotha guttata was described by Nathalie Yonow from the Maldives with the rhinophore pockets black with an orange edge, almost all Nembrotha cf. guttata from the Philippines have a white patch at the base of each rhinophore pocket. Similar is Nembrotha livingstonei which has a characteristic white cross-like mark between the rhinophores.
