Chromodoris preciosa (Kelaart, 1858) [Doris]

Chromodoris preciosa is characterised by a white mantle with an outer pale blue, then brownish red and an inner orange/yellow border. The the gills and rhinophore clubs are translucent red with pigmented white edging to the lamellae. The mantle can be clear white or can have a lot of small brown patches. This shot shows 2 specimens mating.
Pretty similar is Chromodoris verrieri which has no outer blue line.
