There are many similar coloured chromodorids which Bill Rudman calls the
"Chromodoris quadricolor
colour
group". Chromodoris colemani can be distinguished by the orange
lines running from the rhinophores to the gills. The real Chromodoris
colemani has 5 black lines. The specimens from the Philippine islands
have only 3 black lines, some of them have 2 more short black lines in
front of the gills, that makes 5...This sea-slug can be as well undescribed,
but I call it Chromodoris colemani. The border of the mantle has
an orange submarginal line. Here are 2 specimens mating.
