Lomanotus sp. A has a single pair of oral tentacles, large mantle lobes
and prominent papillae restricted to the lobes. I saw it always upon
this kind of hydroid. Here it is
together with Lomanotus sp. B ) which
has red rhinopores and a whitish-cream mantle.
