One of my favourite divesites at Negros Oriental Island is "Dauin", a few
minutes away from "El Dorado" resort.
At first sight this place does not look interesting, but, the more
you look the more you discover! Dauin has a large shallow sandy region
with some kind of short seagrass. Then comes a steep slope going down to
approx. 30 meters. There is also a wreck of a bangka, with many aeolids
and dozens of Lionfishs. On the shallow part are many Cephalaspideans and
other sea-slugs.
