Petalifera ramosa is characterized by a brownish or green body colour and firm conical tubercles with basal white ocelli scattered over the body. Some of the larger tubercles have a white terminal papilla which often has long filamentous branches.
Pretty similar are
Petalifera cf. ramosa which lacks the rounded tubercles with white basal ocelli
Stylocheilus longicauda which differs by the bright yellowish-green body colour, the long tail, and blue spots circled with orange-red.
